Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently on designated routes in Tucson and surrounding areas.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations.
- Load and unload cargo securely using straps, chains, and tie-downs.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery logs.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT compliant).
- Must have a clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Experience with flatbed or tanker preferred but not required.
- Willingness to work night shifts and flexible schedule.
