Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (53' dry van reefers) during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Deliver freight to distribution centers across Florida and the Southeast
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging system compliance
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route optimization
- Ensure temperature-controlled cargo integrity during transit
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- 2+ years OTR or regional driving experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Pass TSA background screening and drug test
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and HOS compliance
- Excellent time management and communication skills
