Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for overnight delivery routes
- Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route navigation and delivery timing
- Handle secure cargo loading/unloading with proper documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Report road conditions and hazards to fleet management
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency in electronic logging device (ELD) systems
- Strong knowledge of Oregon/Washington highway regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management and route optimization skills
- Availability for overnight shifts (8 PM - 6 AM)
