Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently during night shifts
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain DOT compliance logs
- Transport goods across California while adhering to delivery schedules
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization and communication
- Ensure proper loading/unloading procedures with warehouse teams
- Maintain clean driving record and follow all traffic regulations
- Report maintenance issues and vehicle performance concerns
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with California highway systems and regulations
- Basic mechanical knowledge for roadside troubleshooting
- Strong time management and communication skills
