Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (tractor-trailers, vans, etc.) to deliver cargo on time and in pristine condition.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
- Load and unload freight efficiently, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging devices (ELD) and daily logs.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class A or B) with the necessary endorsements.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable driving experience in a professional setting.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations within the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently during night shifts.
