Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently on designated routes during the night shift.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Load and unload freight accurately, adhering to safety protocols and time constraints.
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD) and adhere to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse personnel regarding schedules and delays.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience preferred.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Physical) and DOT drug screen record.
- Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts.
- Strong commitment to safety, defensive driving, and customer service.
