Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated Class A and Class B CDL drivers to operate our fleet during the night shift. Your primary focus will be the safe and timely delivery of freight throughout the Louisville area and surrounding regions.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks (Class A or B) safely and legally on local and regional routes.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Secure cargo to ensure it arrives at the destination damage-free.
- Complete all necessary delivery paperwork and logbooks accurately.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or B required.
- Current Medical Card and DOT Physical (if required).
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to work night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of cargo securement methods.
