Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks (Class A or B) to deliver cargo to customers in a timely and safe manner.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
- Load and unload freight using proper equipment and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and all required paperwork.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, and company policies.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or Class B required.
- Must possess a clean driving record and a current DOT Medical Card.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable truck driving experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work night shifts and weekends as necessary.
