Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) during night shift hours
- Transport goods and materials efficiently across designated Austin routes
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
- Maintain clean driving record and zero incident policy compliance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work independently during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic knowledge of Austin area and surrounding Texas highways
- Strong commitment to safety and punctuality
- Physical ability to handle cargo and climb equipment
- DOT medical certification required
