Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A or B) on designated routes within Texas and surrounding regions.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing loads.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging devices (ELD) and delivery documentation.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies while operating the vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status and any delays.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Current Medical Card and DOT Drug Screening certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience (preferred).
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
