Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on overnight routes (8 PM - 6 AM)
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and document all maintenance
- Deliver freight to multiple destinations within the Midwest region
- Utilize electronic logging systems and GPS technology
- Maintain clean driving record and zero-accident standards
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record (3+ years experience)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Experience with refrigerated or dry van freight preferred
- Knowledge of Indianapolis metro area and regional highways
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility for occasional weekend shifts during peak seasons
