Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks and trailers safely and efficiently on Houston roadways.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance.
- Load and unload freight securely using proper tie-down techniques.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL license (Commercial Driver's License).
- Current Medical Card and DOT physical.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to work flexible night shift schedules (10-12 hour shifts).
- Strong commitment to safety and defensive driving practices.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
