Responsibilities
- Operate commercial motor vehicles safely and efficiently over designated routes.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance.
- Load and unload cargo safely, utilizing proper lifting techniques.
- Complete electronic logging device (ELD) records and required paperwork accurately.
- Maintain a professional appearance and clean vehicle interior.
- Adhere strictly to all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or B required.
- Current DOT Medical Card (Medical Examiner’s Certificate).
- Must possess a clean driving record (MVR) with no serious violations.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Experience with flatbed or dry van preferred.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
