Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and delivery vehicles during night shifts.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Load and unload cargo accurately and securely using forklifts and hand trucks.
- Maintain accurate logs (DVIR, ELD) and ensure strict compliance with DOT regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and warehouse staff.
- Ensure the vehicle is kept clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL (Commercial Driver's License).
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong understanding of traffic laws, safety regulations, and map reading.
