Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and vans in adherence to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Load and unload freight accurately, ensuring cargo is secured properly for overnight transit.
- Perform thorough daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (DVIR) and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate Electronic Logging Device (ELD) records and complete all delivery paperwork accurately and on time.
- Deliver exceptional customer service during all stops, maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Uphold strict cleanliness standards for the vehicle interior and exterior.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Current Medical Certificate (DOT compliant).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Strong knowledge of navigation systems and GPS for efficient route planning.
- Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
