Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Perform thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Transport goods across Indianapolis metro area and regional routes
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Secure and handle specialized freight with precision
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Indianapolis road networks
- Flexibility for occasional weekend shifts
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent time management and communication abilities
