Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van, refrigerated) during night shift hours
- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes across Michigan
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Coordinate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
- Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations and company policies
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR/OTR experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Detroit metro area routes
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Flexibility for occasional weekend shifts
