Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) to transport freight within Southern California
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation per FMCSA regulations
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
- Optimize routes for on-time delivery while adhering to safety protocols
- Load/unload freight using proper material handling equipment
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with California roadways and delivery zones
- Basic knowledge of electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service
