Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, ensuring proper handling and securement.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, delivery receipts, and other paperwork in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with dispatch and clients.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B required.
- No prior driving experience required; we provide paid training for the right candidates.
- Must possess a clean driving record (MVR) and a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong time management skills and a commitment to safety.
