Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (Class A or B) in a safe and professional manner, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure cargo and equipment safety.
- Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring proper weight distribution and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate daily logs and electronic logging device (ELD) records in compliance with DOT regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to ensure timely deliveries and address any route changes.
- Represent our brand positively by maintaining a clean and professional appearance at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or Class B with the required endorsements.
- Minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred (entry-level candidates with military driving experience will be considered).
- Current DOT medical card and DOT physical examination certificate.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally and perform physical tasks associated with loading/unloading.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
