Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) over various road conditions.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and secure cargo according to safety regulations and proper handling procedures.
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD) and adhere to Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.
- Deliver freight to designated locations on time and in perfect condition.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or Class B (or willingness to obtain one through our training program).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
- Willingness to travel and work varying shifts.
