Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (Class A or B) safely and efficiently in all weather conditions.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Load and unload cargo securely using proper equipment and techniques.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and a well-organized cab.
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and time management protocols.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A (or Class B for applicable positions) with a clean driving record.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations within the last 3 years.
- Willingness to undergo a drug screen and background check.
- Ability to pass our paid training program if no prior experience is held.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Must be at least 21 years of age to operate a commercial vehicle across state lines.
- Basic mechanical aptitude to handle minor roadside issues.
