Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A or Class B) in adherence to all DOT regulations.
- Load and unload cargo securely using proper tie-down techniques.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and log maintenance reports accurately.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and traffic laws to ensure zero accidents.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company brand.
- Fulfill customer needs by delivering freight on time and in excellent condition.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and support staff regarding route changes.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
- Current DOT Medical Card and Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
- Must have a clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3-5 years.
- Previous experience in truck driving or logistics is preferred but not always required for qualified candidates.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
