Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and trailers in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring proper weight distribution.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and logs.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Must possess a clean driving record (MVR check).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to undergo a background check.
