Responsibilities
- Operate commercial Class A trucks to transport freight safely and on time.
- Load and unload cargo utilizing appropriate lifting and securing equipment.
- Maintain accurate daily logs and ensure all paperwork is up to date.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Current DOT medical card and physical certification.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Availability for consistent, full-time shifts.
