Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for local/regional routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation (e-bolt, bills of lading)
- Inspect vehicles before/during shifts to ensure DOT compliance
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Adapt to dynamic schedules and route adjustments
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR/local driving experience
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and HOS compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation systems
- Customer-focused attitude and professionalism
