Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) to transport goods within Denver metropolitan area and surrounding regions
- Perform pre-trip inspections and document maintenance logs to ensure vehicle compliance
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols during all transit operations
- Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate with dispatch team in real-time
- Manage loading/unloading procedures at client sites with efficiency
- Respond proactively to route changes and weather-related adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Familiarity with Denver traffic patterns and mountain road regulations
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet tight delivery deadlines
- Basic knowledge of electronic logging devices (ELD) and GPS navigation systems
