Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) in strict accordance with FMCSA regulations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Load and unload freight efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery documentation.
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and maintain high customer service standards.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and report mechanical issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Must possess a clean driving record (MVR) and a good CSA score.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug screen.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws, interstate regulations, and safety procedures.
- Willingness to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays as required.
