Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry vans, reefers, flatbeds) in compliance with DOT regulations
- Efficiently manage multi-stop delivery routes across Southern California
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Coordinate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments and delivery confirmations
- Ensure secure loading/unloading of freight using proper equipment techniques
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules while maintaining exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with LA metro area traffic patterns and delivery zones
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Basic knowledge of electronic logging devices (ELD) and GPS navigation
