Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Safely operate commercial trucks and trailers in various weather conditions.
- Load and unload cargo ensuring weight distribution and proper securement.
- Maintain accurate records via ELD and delivery paperwork.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Clean driving record (MVR) and current DOT medical card.
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable OTR or regional driving experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
