Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (Class A or B) on regional and local routes.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts and manual handling equipment.
- Maintain accurate logs and adhere to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
- Ensure cargo is secured and protected during transit.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or Class B.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience (preferably regional).
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
