Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial Class A vehicles over designated routes in and around Milwaukee.
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, documenting any defects or issues.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and adhere to Hours of Service regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with shippers and receivers.
- Keep the cab and cargo area clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid US Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A required.
- Current DOT medical card and DOT physical on file.
- Clean driving record with no major violations within the last 3-5 years.
- One (1) year of verifiable commercial driving experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
