Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) for local and regional routes within Florida
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and delivery schedules
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques and equipment operation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and warehouse personnel
- Manage delivery documentation and ensure timely proof-of-delivery
- Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients and the public
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Miami/Dade County roadways and delivery zones
