Responsibilities
- Operate Class A tractor-trailers on regional and long-haul routes.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of freight to customers.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Load and unload cargo safely, adhering to weight and balance regulations.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- At least 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Strong knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSA).
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends if necessary.
