Job Overview:

Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial motor vehicles (CMV) in accordance with company and federal regulations.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring proper documentation and handling.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and electronic logging device (ELD) records of duty status.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding schedules and delivery issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience preferred.
- Must possess a clean driving record (MVR) and no major traffic violations.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) drug and alcohol screen.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
