Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van, refrigerated) across Arizona and neighboring states
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and pre-trip safety checks
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Manage delivery schedules with GPS routing and real-time tracking
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation (ELR compliance)
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Arizona routes and mountain driving
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Flexibility for overnight trips and variable schedules
