Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry vans, reefers, flatbeds) within Tampa Bay area
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and electronic logging
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Maintain professional communication with dispatch and clients
- Manage time-sensitive deliveries across Florida corridor
- Participate in continuous safety training programs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Tampa Bay roadways and Florida routes
- HAZMAT endorsement preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
