Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (box trucks, reefers, dry vans) across Southern California routes
- Maintain meticulous delivery logs and compliance with FMCSA regulations
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route optimization and timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and defensive driving standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no DUI/DWI convictions in past 5 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with California highway systems and delivery zones
- Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting minor issues
- Strong communication and time-management skills
