Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) for local/regional deliveries
- Perform daily pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Manage loading/unloading operations with precision
- Optimize route efficiency to ensure on-time deliveries
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Represent the company with professionalism in all client interactions
Qualifications
- Valid CDL license (Class A/B) with current endorsements
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency in electronic logging systems (ELD)
- Strong knowledge of Sacramento/CA road networks
- Physical ability to handle cargo up to 70 lbs
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends)
