Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailers for regional routes within a 300-mile radius
- Load/unload freight using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic records via ELD
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery schedules
- Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic familiarity with ELD systems
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Flexibility for occasional overnight trips
