Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van and refrigerated) in the Indianapolis metro area
- Adhere to DOT regulations and maintain meticulous vehicle inspection logs
- Deliver freight to designated locations on strict timelines
- Coordinate with dispatch team for route optimization and load verification
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and customer communication
- Participate in quarterly safety training sessions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Indianapolis metro routes and infrastructure
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility for weekend and overnight shifts as needed
