Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods across the Southeast
- Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate trip documentation
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch for efficient route planning and delivery scheduling
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Report vehicle maintenance issues promptly and assist with minor repairs
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (or willingness to obtain through our training program)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math and navigation skills (GPS familiarity a plus)
- Strong commitment to safety and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Must be at least 21 years old with clean driving record
- No experience necessary - we provide paid on-the-job training
- Valid US work authorization required
