Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport freight across designated routes
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and ensure compliance with DOT regulations
- Plan efficient delivery routes while maintaining strict schedules
- Accurately document mileage, fuel usage, and delivery reports
- Maintain clean driving record and adhere to all safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding shipment status
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean MVR
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Pass mandatory background check and drug screening
- Familiarity with HOS regulations and electronic logging devices
- Strong navigation skills and regional route knowledge
- Excellent time management and customer service abilities
