Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently to deliver goods on time.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
- Load and unload cargo accurately, ensuring safety and security.
- Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation in compliance with FMCSA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and issues.
- Uphold a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or B required.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT physical).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong knowledge of DOT/HOS (Hours of Service) regulations.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
