Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van, refrigerated, or flatbed) adhering to DOT regulations
- Plan efficient routes and maintain accurate delivery logs using electronic logging systems
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip and report maintenance needs promptly
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment and secure cargo per safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Maintain clean driving record and comply with all company policies
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD) and route navigation
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Previous experience with hazmat or tanker endorsements preferred
