Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for local and regional freight delivery
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation per FMCSA regulations
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and time-sensitive routing
- Ensure cargo security and proper loading/unloading procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Comply with all state and federal transportation laws
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Minneapolis metro area roadways
- HAZMAT certification preferred (training available)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management and communication skills
