Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van, refrigerated) across Colorado and Texas routes
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Ensure timely delivery of freight while adhering to DOT regulations and HOS guidelines
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and clients regarding shipment status
- Document all delivery transactions and resolve discrepancies professionally
- Maintain clean driving record and participate in ongoing safety training
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with minimum 2 years verifiable experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices and GPS navigation
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with mountain driving and hazardous materials certification a plus
