Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on multi-state routes
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Complete pre-trip inspections and document maintenance needs
- Manage loading/unloading procedures with precision
- Optimize delivery routes for efficiency and on-time performance
- Maintain accurate trip documentation (logs, manifests, etc.)
- Provide exceptional customer service at all delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Basic familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong geographical knowledge of southeastern US
