Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) for regional and long-haul routes
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate DOT compliance logs
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for efficient route planning and delivery schedules
- Ensure proper cargo handling, loading/unloading, and securement protocols
- Uphall all FMCSA regulations and company safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Report vehicle maintenance needs and operational issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and random drug screenings
- Knowledge of hazardous materials (Hazmat) endorsement preferred
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Midwest roadways
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
