Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (53ft trailers) for regional and long-haul routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Coordinate with dispatchers for efficient route planning and delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs (e-trak compliance)
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Assist in loading/unloading when required
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Pacific Northwest routes and weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Flexibility for overnight and weekend shifts
- HAZMAT certification preferred
